A real hamburger experience for vegans too! The Benefitt Vegan Burger base mix is like the real hamburger meat in taste and texture. Thanks to its high, 30% vegetable protein content, premium composition, rich content and easy preparation, it is a real meat substitute alternative for consumers of healthy and gluten and dairy free foods.
Ingredients for approx. 10 pcs of vegan hamburger patties (500 g traditional minced meat):
Preparation: for 125 g (half sachet) Vegan Burger Powder add the weighed oil, then the cold water while stirring constantly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form patties from the dough with oily hands, then fry both sides in heated oil until it turns golden brown. In an air-stirred oven preheated to 180̊C, the vegan burger bakes in 40-50 minutes, depending on the size of the patty (turn the patty halfway through the baking time). Serve with your favorite garnish and toppings!
Extra tips: the pleasantly seasoned powder can be enriched with fresh or dried green spices (parsley, oregano, basil).
