Application:
100 g of Pectin is sufficient for 18-20 kg of fruit. At the end of the cooking process, mix the required amount with the sugar to make the jam, then boil the whole amount again for 5-10 minutes. For less acidic fruits add a small amount of lemon juice or citric acid to the decoction before adding the pectin.
