Fine-grained milling of paddy rice grains, with a higher fiber and protein content than white rice flour. Reform flour can be included in the Gluten free diet, which can be used in many ways, it is easy to work with: it is suitable for making pancakes, shortcrust and hatched pasta; also excellent for knot-free thickening of creams, sauces, soups.
Application: When making pasta, the fermentation time may be longer than usual. For baking breads add a small amount of starch (eg. Corn starch) to the rice flour. The egg ingredient recommended in traditional recipes can be omitted when using rice flour.
